WHO?: All PdxTriClubbers.
HOW MUCH? Just your heart & sole. WHAT?: Track workouts. We’ll go over some basics to begin with, nothing fancy, no true sprinters here, just some triathletes trying to move their feet faster. WHERE?: Tuesdays at Duniway Track (by the YMCA/All Star Fitness downtown). WHEN?: Tuesdays. 5:30pm. WHY?: Because you don't want to lose the fast that you worked so hard for. |
