WHO?: All PdxTriClubbers.
HOW MUCH? Just your heart & sole. WHAT?: Track workouts. We’ll go over some basics to begin with, nothing fancy, no true sprinters here, just some triathletes trying to move their feet faster. WHERE?: Tuesdays at Duniway Track (by the old YMCA / new All Star Fitness downtown). WHEN?: Tuesdays. 5:30pm. Warm-up and regroup at 5:45pm. WHY?: Because it will help you get faster, even for you long-course folks. |
