There are three email lists that you can join to keep up with what is going on within the club. Everyone should subscribe to the Announcements mailing list to receive important club news. If you are looking for workout partners or want to lead an outing, be sure to sign up for the Exercise list. Ask questions, file race reports on the Chat list.
The Announcements mailing list is a low volume list for authorized announcements. All the announcements are approved by a moderator and replies go to the original poster and not to the list. Expected volume is 2 emails per week.

The Exercise mailing list is a medium volume list for members to announce opportunities for workouts and other events. The posts are not moderated and replies go to the poster and not to the list. Expected volume is 2 emails per day on average. - Chat Join Archives This list is being replaced by the online forums.
The Chat mailing list is like a party line. The posts are not moderated and replies go back to the list for everyone to see. The email volume could be very high on some days. If the list is too busy for you, you can still read the archives or change your options to receive a daily digest instead of individual messages.
