What is a PTC “Featured Race”?
- We encourage as many club members to race and volunteer as possible, so there will be plenty of familiar and friendly faces.
- These races are not mandatory by any means!!
Why are we going to these races? - Timing: These races are spread out during the main months of Portland’s Triathlon season to give you time to train, race AND have a life.
- Certifications: Both USAT and AA Sports races are of high quality and safety.
- Local prominence: Each race offers a unique flavor of PNW Triathlon.
How will I get ready for these races? - PTC Training Plans are available for these races. Our group workouts will be geared to build and taper for each of the races.
