These will be taking place every other Wednesday night 7:15- 8:15 PM until the weather “forces” us outside. Trainers are provided by UEF for a $5 donation for upkeep. If you have your own trainer and just want to join in then all you need to do is show up. You will need your own bike (spin cycles are not provided) a towel, and water bottle. This is great for beginners and those of you procrastinating getting some pre-season cycling in as well as you experienced folks who are tired of solitary “riding” looking at garage walls. Further details if needed are on our Google calendar and Facebook page. Looking forward to a great group. See you there!

Our hands on clinics with Tori fill up fast so do not delay in registering. This will be an in depth tire changing clinic that will get you back in the race or on your training ride faster. Tori says that she can teach anyone to change a flat in under 10 minutes, whether they’ve done it before or are experienced or not. She says: “I really push this one because I’ve yet to have any student in 6 years of Gracie’s Wrench –even the most expert in flat repair– not learn something new from it. I really think it’s that valuable. Mainly because fixing a flat is one of the most difficult things I teach and it’s what folks have to do most often.” Gracie’s Wrench is one of our newest partners -here is the website for you to check out: www.gracieswrench.com Your membership gets you a discount on any services.
